PROJECT ARCHITECT - New Orleans, LA - Full Time

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and well rounded Project Architect to join our team in New Orleans. Candidates should be immediately available and able to collaborate with project teams in a flexible workplace environment. Project assignments will vary based on project needs, skills, and experience, but a generalist background and ability to take on a wide variety of projects in all phases of project development and construction administration is highly valued.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop architectural documentation in 2D drawings, 3D Models, and Building Information Models

  • Anticipate and develop solutions to technical and design problems

  • Communicate concepts to project teams, both verbally and through graphic and written means

 Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of post-graduate, professional firm experience.

  • Professional degree in Architecture

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit

  • Highly motivated and able to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams

  • Detail and task-oriented with a passion for excellence

  • Experience in design detailing and documentation across all project phases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Registration

  • Variety in project typology experience (Commercial, Hospitality, Civic, Healthcare, etc.)

  • Experience with tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • LEED Accreditation
