Located on the third floor of the Florida Parishes Bank Building, Sprouts Pediatrics wanted a bright, fun, and friendly environment for their clinic, with the goal of making every patient feel like family. Additionally, the quick schedule for this project was a top priority. To meet these needs, MADE envisioned a 4,350-square-foot interior shell space build-out with little imagination in mind. This efficient design-build project was performed in collaboration with Perrier Esquerré Contractors.  

Using a fast-tracked design-build delivery method, the clinic, featuring twelve exam rooms that support four providers and visitor spaces, was completed in three and half months, which included design and permitting. Creative touches were used to soothe children’s fears about visiting the doctor, like colorful murals, ample space for children’s yoga classes, and a feature wall for taking photos to post on social media.
